Independent detection systems for different measurement techniques
The excellent performance of Appliskan in any application is based on independent detection systems using different measurement techniques. The high-sensitivity chemiluminescence mode uses specialized photomultiplier tubes to ensure excellent sensitivity and a wide dynamic range in any chemiluminescence application. Efficient xenon lamps and photomultiplier tubes with a wide wavelength range for fluorescence technology cover the wavelength range up to 820nm, providing high sensitivity and a broad linear dynamic range in all fluorescence measurement applications. The optical system specially designed for light absorption measurement covers wavelengths of 200-1000nm, ensuring extremely excellent linearity, accuracy, and repeatability in any colorimetric measurement, including DNA quantification.
Flexible and convenient choices
The flexibility possessed by Appliskan makes it easier for researchers to conduct research. Incubation, oscillation, built-in liquid separator, and simple filter operation mean the needs of each operator. For higher throughput measurements, Appliskan can be integrated into automation systems, such as the RapidStak microplate laminating machine for thermoelectric applications. Up to two optional liquid separators are convenient for adding reagents, and their effective separation and reagent emptying reflux functions can maximize the savings in experimental operating costs.
